Estamos buscando a nuestro futuro Analista de Business Intelligence
Que nos ayude desarrollar el análisis de datos que se puedan emplear en la toma de decisiones en la compañía.
¿Cuáles serán tus actividades?
- Analizar el desempeño individual y colectivo del equipo de ventas.
- Optimizar y participar en el desarrollo del cálculo del plan de compensación variable del equipo comercial de acuerdo a las iniciativas y objetivos de la empresa.
- Realizar propuesta de mejoras al plan de compensación variable.
- Automatización de proceso del cálculo del plan de compensaciones del área comercial.
- Diseñar métricas para dar seguimiento al desempeño del equipo comercial.
- Proponer mejoras a las métricas comerciales mediante el análisis de distintos factores del mercado y la industria. ej. impacto de incremento en tasas en el plan de incentivos y otros factores macro.
- Apoyar el negocio y el equipo de BI mediante la extracción y análisis de grandes bases de datos utilizando lenguaje SQL, Python o similares.
- Analizar el desempeño de las estrategias definidas, manteniendo estadísticas actualizadas basadas en métricas de desempeño definidas.
¿Qué necesitas para estar en la posición?
- Ingeniería, Lic. Administración financiera, Economía, Matemáticas aplicadas.
- Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en Análisis de Datos.
- Nivel Intermedio - avanzado de Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, SQL, conocimiento de herramientas de BI (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio).
- Deseable: manejo de Python, R Studio.
- Buen entendimiento del modelado de herramientas de BI (Esquemas de bases de datos relacionales).
- Experiencia en análisis estadístico.
