¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Todos los días son diferentes porque hacemos un poco de todo y cada día es un nuevo reto. Identificar problemas y áreas de oportunidad usando análisis de datos, pensando fuera de la caja y buscando soluciones Generar reportes y crear dashboards para la toma de decisiones Proponer mejoras a los procesos y negocios basadas en análisis y datos - trabajar con las distintas áreas para implementarlas Análisis de datos y controles en Excel/Google Sheets/ Tableau¿A quién buscamos?
Capacidad numérica y analítica para resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones basados en datos Conocimiento en SQL (sería un punto diferencial pero no es requerido) Conocimiento intermedio-avanzado de Excel/Google Sheets (deseable VBA Macros) Alguien que pueda trabajar en un ambiente multifuncional, innovador y colaborativo, siempre buscando lo mejor para nuestro equipo Alguien que tenga experiencia con productos de crédito o una fintech (deseable)
