About the role
We are seeking a talented and Creative Director with Copywriting experience, specializing in Performance and Growth Marketing to join our team based in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of result-oriented digital marketing strategies in the middle and lower funnel. They will be capable of creating campaigns that drive growth and maximize ROI.
You will be responsible for
Create effective concepts and copy for performance marketing campaigns in the middle and lower funnel, including ads on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Google App campaigns, among others. Optimize campaigns with a full funnel vision. Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities. Perform quality checks and proofreading on campaign deliverables. Collaborate with marketing, media, and growth teams to develop strategies and campaigns that drive growth and conversion. Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously optimize content and improve key metrics. Research and stay updated on tools and best practices in performance marketing. Write SEO-friendly content for web pages to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Provide creative direction and oversight for influencer marketing campaigns.
We are looking for a person who has
At least 10 years of experience, with 2 years specializing in performance marketing campaigns. Deep knowledge of full funnel campaign implementation. Excellent writing and spelling skills, obsession with craft Strong ability to perform "quality checks" and "proofreading". Deep understanding of best practices in copywriting on digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, among others. Analytical skills to interpret performance data and make decisions based on quantitative information. Experience in conducting A/B tests and optimizing results-based campaigns. Knowledge of SEO and content best practices to enhance search engine rankings. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, media, growth, and art direction teams.

Our Nu Way of Working
Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of expertise. For every eight or twelve weeks of remote work, one will be at the office.
