A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Trade spending and journal entries: Validate the flow of trade spending requests for control and journal entries related to accruals, credit notes, and payment orders.
- Deductions management: Follow up on deductions with commercial and logistics teams, clear deductions against credit notes, and provide visibility of valid open deductions to the commercial team.
- Credit and reconcilliation: Reconcile and request credit memos from the Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Legal teams
- Reporting and analysis: Generate and explain reports, including the Deductions Status Report and validation of valid or invalid deductions. Fulfill requirements for internal and external auditing and ensure compliance with internal controls and audits.
- Communication and collaboration: Maintain wide communication with internal and external customers, including the commercial team, commercial finance team, and various teams across the organization, as well as distributors.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business-Related
- Must have strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented.
- English Intermediate
