We are currently seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to lead software development and point-of-sale projects within our company. As a "MongoDB Specialist," you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring their successful delivery within the established scope, budget, and timeline.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize MongoDB databases to ensure optimal performance and system scalability.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal developers in designing and developing applications using MongoDB.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, offering technical advice and product demonstrations.
  • Participate in creating technical proposals and preparing presentations for potential clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in MongoDB and related technologies.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing MongoDB databases in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in training development teams on the effective use of MongoDB.
  • Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Experience in sales or technical support in a business environment is an advantage.
  • MongoDB-related certifications are valued.
  • Conversational English.
