We are looking for an Talent Acquisition Intern to help work in the Hiring Team in Latam.
Your responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer branding, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive full cycle recruitment process for operational roles, across different teams;Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile;Drive the recruitment process from start to finish in close collaboration with key stakeholders;Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool;Facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs;Be part of driving employer branding, culture creation and development, and other strategic HR projects, together with the HR team and internal departments;REQUIREMENTS:
