PMO / Customer Success Manager
Responsabilidades Clave:
1. **Gestión de Proyectos Tecnológicos:** Coordinar y liderar iniciativas tecnológicas que apoyen las operaciones de reaseguro. Asegurar que los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con la calidad requerida.
2. **Liderazgo de Equipos:** Dirigir y motivar equipos de tecnología, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y eficiente.
3. **Interacción con Clientes:** Trabajar estrechamente con clientes internos y externos para entender sus necesidades y asegurar que las soluciones tecnológicas proporcionen valor agregado y mejoren su satisfacción y experiencia.
4. **Implementación y Adopción de Tecnología:** Asegurar que las nuevas tecnologías y sistemas sean implementados efectivamente y que su adopción sea exitosa entre los usuarios.
5. **Mejora Continua:** Evaluar continuamente los procesos y tecnologías existentes para identificar áreas de mejora y implementar soluciones innovadoras que optimicen las operaciones de reaseguro.
6. **Capacitación y Soporte:** Proporcionar formación y soporte técnico a usuarios para maximizar el uso y la eficiencia de las herramientas tecnológicas.
KPIs:
1. **Satisfacción del Cliente:** Medida a través de encuestas de satisfacción y feedback directo.
2. **Cumplimiento del Proyecto:** Porcentaje de proyectos completados a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
3. **Adopción de Tecnología:** Nivel de uso efectivo de nuevas tecnologías por parte de los usuarios finales.
4. **Reducción de Tiempos de Ciclo:** Mejoras en la eficiencia operativa como resultado de la implementación tecnológica.
5. **Retorno sobre Inversión (ROI):** Evaluación del valor generado por las inversiones tecnológicas
Requirements
Habilidades y Competencias:
- Excelente liderazgo y habilidades de gestión de equipos.
- Capacidad para comunicarse efectivamente en inglés a nivel de negocios.
- Fuerte orientación al cliente y habilidades interpersonales.
- Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos tecnológicos, preferiblemente en el sector de reaseguro o financiero.
- Habilidad para analizar problemas complejos y desarrollar soluciones efectivas.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos y de tecnologías aplicadas al sector de reaseguro.
