A Typical Day
Collaborate with the Sales team to grasp client needs and project requirements. Manage the client onboarding process, including data migration, system configuration, and user training. Configure and test Deliverect integrations with client's Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and other relevant platforms. Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the activation process, addressing questions and troubleshooting any technical issues. Document activation processes and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency. Maintain expertise in the Deliverect platform to effectively guide clients. Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks during the activation process. Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Support, Account Management) to ensure a seamless client experience. Contribute to optimizing the activation process by identifying areas for improvement.
Your Expertise
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer onboarding, project management, or technical support. Proficiency in project management methodologies. Strong understanding of cloud-based software integrations and SaaS platforms (a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to complex issues. Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 3 days in our Colonia Roma office in Mexico City office and 2 days working from home. Candidates must have impeccable English and Spanish language skills, both written and verbal.
