SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
Main Purpose
Responsible for supporting global planning processes, global performance review reporting and analysis, and assisting in the preparation of the Board
of Director presentation.
Main Responsabilities
Support the global planning processes (i.e. Budget, forecasts, momentum view, etc), including the development, implementation or tracking of drivers, timelines, and standard reporting Prepare consolidated reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including ad-hoc variance and presentation analysis Analyze financial information to identify opportunities and present insights in a structured way (story telling) using data visualization and financial reporting tools Interpret and analyze financial metrics, including the preparation of financial models to support target setting, planning and growth opportunities Monitor and analyze financial KPIs in order to provide recommendations to improve business results Analyze working capital and generate recommendations to optimize, including impact on business cash flow Analyze monthly performance results and prepare consolidated commentary Support global cost center / functional area reporting, analysis, and planning processes across Orbia Assist FP&A Functional cost team in understanding cost structures across global function; at sub-functional levels, as well as account and cost center levels Support the quarterly Orbia reporting process including preparation of the Board of Director presentation and accompanying analysis Identify accounting errors and collaborate with corporate control team to ensure appropriate classification of expenses, accruals and capital expendituresPROFILE:
9. EDUCATION
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting or related field
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Has the knowledge and ability to provide sound advice for the job dimensions above Experience with SAP (BPC / CFIN / BW) financial ERP / Consolidation tools Experience with financial analytical & reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud a plus) Understanding of financial KPI metrics Strong business acumen Understanding of management reporting Effectively communicate amongst a complex matrix organization Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint Understanding of financial reporting methods (IFRS, GAAP), Understand reporting systems and consolidation to analyze data for internal stakeholdersEXPERIENCE REQUIRED
7+ years as an Financial Analyst or 2+ years as a Sr Financial Analyst Experience in large, decentralized, matrix organizations a plus Preferably with multi-national/global companies, with experience in a corporate environment or supporting multiple business units / functions Experience communicating/partnering with Executive/C-Suite Level12.
