Conocimientos:


Licenciatura Comunicación, Diseñador, Ingeniero, Sociólogo o Antropólogo con Certificaciones o diplomados en Innovación.


Análisis de comportamiento, metodologías ágiles que pueden ser (Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban)


Actividades:

  • Ejecutar las actividades necesarias para acompañar a los clientes en las fases del modelo de Change & Culture Evolution de Dialogus que se han definido como movilizadoras de la transformación requerida.
  • Apoyo en la coordinación logística y ejecución de Talleres y encuentros.
  • Documentar los procesos de cada una de las fases del Modelo de CCE.
  • Generar reportes y presentaciones de avances.
  • Administrar tableros colaborativos del equipo.
  • Coordinación y aplicación de instrumentos de diagnóstico cultural.
  • Construcción de parrilla de comunicación, coordinación y/o elaboración de artes.
  • Construcción y aplicación de matriz de impactos.
  • Construcción de KPI's de evolución del cambio en proyectos y/o procesos.
  • Diseño instruccional y facilitación de entrenamientos.
  • Gestionar procesos administrativos de Dialogus para la Gerencia.


Experiencia:

1 año de experiencia en consultoría relacionada a innovación, agilidad empresarial y/o graduado con experiencia en estos temas en su práctica profesional.



Esquema hibrido.

Lugar de trabajo: Tlalpan CDMX.
