This role is located in Culiacan, Mexico.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Distributors management: Manage distributors making sure we reach our volume objectives with our different clients.
- Routes: Going through 33 routes to visit our clients, striking new deals and alliances.
- Workforce development: Train our workforce on better ways of working, new strategies, new displays and more.
- Commercial strategy implementation: Implement new commercial plans and strategies across the region.
- Data analysis: Analyze and interpreting commercial data. Make sure our new strategies are implemented consistently and correctly on the field everyday.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1+ years of related work experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and, leadership skills.
- Intermediate English.
