You will be on the pulse with how we get our items setup and executed, both instore and online. You will ensure maximum focus on reports and increasing the effectiveness of data entries. You will live and breathe the ZURU DNA on a daily basis.

How You Will Make An Impact

You will make an impact by collaboratively working with our in-market team as well as cross functional team members internationally. You will live and breathe the ZURU DNA on a daily basis Also, you will assist assigned Accounts with daily tasks as well as work on bigger long-term projects designated by Commercial Leadership Team across LATAM region. The role reports directly to the Sr Sales Manager.

Core Roles & Responsibilities

Assigned Account Responsibilities 1) Develop and manage key accounts assigned working on commercial proposal, and negotiations.2) Follow up on operations along with a broader team on importing process, shipments, tracking orders, certification.3) Follow up and assure correct execution online and offline.4) Work on data analysis to measure performance, anticipate trends and/or threats. Additional Commercial Support 1) Work with senior commercial team on ecommerce execution across Mexico and other special projects for the whole LATAM region.2) Market Analysis and Insights3) Post mortems4) LATAM information consolidation to present in a professional way to take decisions. Additional Responsibilities 1) Collaborate closely with all functions of the business including Merch Team, TMKT, Marketing and other internal stakeholders, to ensure that projects are delivered successfully2) Attend and participate in major international Trade Fairs and/or local fairs when needed3) Find ways to continuously optimize existing operations4) Work on new projects/tasks provided by Sr Account Manager and the Top Management

Skills & Experience Required

3+ years sales support experience. Ideally some direct accounts in charge. Previous Retail industry experience is beneficial but not essential. Extremely proficient in MS Office including Excel & PPT. High attention to details Highly efficient and ability to meet deadlines. Detail oriented, structured, good team player, willing to learn and like to meet new people. Have experience with customer service. Fluent in English Highly driven and motivated Independent and reliable Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Willing to travel LIFE@ZURUAt ZURU, we have cultivated a high-performing culture that encourages excellence.
