About the position:Join us as a Sales Development Representative to bring clean solar energy to Mexico Work with our Sales team and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning the Sales team with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for explaining to people about energy generation, production, and efficiency and comparing our current model with the possibility of switching to solar.

Tareas

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Prospect potential new leads:
  • For the first 1-6 months, you will start as a Sales Development Representative to qualify incoming leads and set up calls for Real Sales Visits (RSVs) for Energy Experts.
  • This is hands-on training where you learn everything about our clients and how our sales funnel works.
  • Once there is a proven track record as a Sales Development Representative, if interested, the Sales Development Representative can be promoted to close customers as an Energy Expert.

Your Key Results will be:

  • At Bright we operate on the OKR system pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies. For this specific role, your Key Results (upon which your success will be measured) is:
  • OKR1: 35%-40% Conversion Rate from leads to the video calls scheduled in the month.
  • OK2: 40-66 Real Sales Visits (RSVs), which are the video calls scheduled where the client did attend in the month.
  • OKR3: 20%> No offer presented of the video calls scheduled in the month.
  • Meaning from the video calls scheduled, less than 20% of them the client doesn't present.
