District Manager Retail Stores

Propósito del Rol:
Liderar, acompañar y desarrollar el equipo del distrito, trabajando en equipo con back office, para asegurar el cumplimiento de los presupuestos de ventas asignados e indicadores de gestión a los almacenes y procesos a través del diseño, desarrollo e implementación de planes de mejoramiento.
Principales Responsabilidades:
Individuales
Contratar acorde al perfil ideal y formar al de lideres para su distrito
Motivar, conectar y generar empatía con su equipo
Gestionar, desarrollar y capacitar su equipo de store managers
Cumplimiento de las metas
Analiza y identifica oportunidades a nivel distrito para desarrollar con su equipo de store managers, planes de acción.
Elabora y analiza informes de gestión y desarrolla con su equipo planes de acción.
Asegura cumplimento de estándares de servicio y procesos operacionales del distrito (Caja, administrativo, lockers, uniformes etc).
Coordinar y asegurar con back office el cumplimento del service level agreement establecido
Asegura la correcta implementación de mercadeo
Garantiza el control del Inventario
Vela por el adecuado mantenimiento de la infraestructura
Compartidas
Optimiza el portafolio de productos junto con Buying & Trading
Contratacion ,salidas , y movimientos del personal junto con HR.
Asigancion de metas y kpis junto con OPS Director
Cambios de layout con Visual Merchandising
Montaje de nuevas tiendas junto con RE
Capacitacion con SA

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 a 7 años de experiencia en este tipo de roles
- Experiencia en sector retail
- Licenciatura terminada
