About the position:

Join us as an Energy Expert to bring clean solar energy to Mexico Work with our Sales team and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning the Sales team with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for explaining to people about energy generation, production, and efficiency and comparing our current model with the possibility of switching to solar.

Tareas

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • To communicate directly with potential customers regarding the benefits of switching to solar with our different products.
  • To obtain referrals from current prospects.
  • To analyze, gather, and upload documents needed for customers to “go solar.”
  • To spread Bright's mission to bring clean and affordable energy to Mexico while prospecting for customers.
  • To innovate and build a better company.

Your Key Results will be:

At Bright we operate on the OKR system pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies. For this specific role, your Key Results (upon which your success will be measured) is:

  • Key Result (KR) for Trial Period (First 3 Months):
  • Your goal is to approve more than 7 items during the initial 3-month trial period.
  • Key Result (KR) for After Trial Period:
  • After the trial period, the target is to maintain a consistent performance by approving 6 items per month.
  • Average Conversion Rate Metric:
  • The success of your role will also be measured by the average conversion rate of Reported Sales Visit to Welcome Call.
  • Aim for a conversion rate greater than 12% over the trailing 90 days
