Responsibilities

Rocket Code, a leading AI development company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Presales Engineer Manager to join our team. As a Presales Engineer Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by leading a team of presales engineers and providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. Your strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and ability to effectively communicate complex ideas will be essential in showcasing the value and capabilities of our AI solutions.

  • Lead and manage a team of presales engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop customized AI solutions and proposals.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our AI solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable feedback and insights from the field to drive product improvements and enhancements.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technologies, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and aligned with market demand.
  • Assist in preparing and responding to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a presales engineering or similar technical sales role.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Experience in developing and delivering impactful product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and ability to support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
