Job Title: Bookkeeper and Admin Assistant (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Position Overview:


We're seeking a bilingual Bookkeeper and Admin Assistant to support our property management team. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, tenant communications, and bookkeeping responsibilities using rent manager software.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Communicate with tenants in English and Spanish, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and contractors.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in the leasing process, including showing properties and processing lease agreements.
- Utilize rent manager software for bookkeeping tasks such as rent collection, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, rent payments, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

Requirements:


- Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
- Previous bookkeeping experience, preferably using rent manager software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
