As a Business Intelligence Coordinator you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:
Develops understanding of the Consumer Journey through all channels and turns insight into action Defines Business Intelligence and Salon Emotion strategy at country level, by type of clients and develops salon e.motion within maximum distribution Identifies new retail trends Defines category vision by channel (growth, profit, image, penetration, loyalty, spending…), leveraging brand portfolio, based on Consumer & Customer & Business Drivers Uses Consumer Knowledge to guide multibrand promotional strategy to fit consumers / L’Oréal / Customers expectations and business requirements Fosters collaboration between brands and ensures consistent category vision and alignmentWe Offer:
