Contractual Performance Manager - Project Manager

As a Contractual Performance Manager - Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Being responsible all contract performance related activities , typically tied to a customer site. Performing in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests. Assuring timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project, and negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising. Being responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract. Performing proposal negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with minimal supervision Providing support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts Function as the liaison for the customer on contract matters Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams. Handling complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs. Handling important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side .

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Contract Performance Management (CPM). Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in contractual service agreement (CSA). Have knowledge or experience with GE LM6000 turbines and centrifugal compressors. Have experience in maintenance planning for turbines.

Have oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

Position located in Ensenada or Tijuana, Baja California.
