We’re looking for a Product Designer to help us build Webflow Localization, where content editors and translators can collaborate on translated versions of their website content. 

About the role:

Location: Remote-first (Mexico City)Full-timePermanentThe cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. The specific base pay within this range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
Mexico (figures cited below are in MXN and pertain to workers in Mexico) MXN 685,500 - MXN 901,500

Reporting to the Director of Product Design

As a Product Designer you’ll … 

Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomesPartner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problem spaces and identify potential solutionsRegularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain pointsProactively collaborate with other teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependenciesDeliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:

Requirements:

Experience designing in complex product spaces, with preference for experience in designing Content Management Systems (CMS) or translation software.
