Location: Remote, Monterrey Mexico.
As UX/UI designer (Web Front-end Developer you will:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, cloud engineers, and product managers, to understand project goals and requirement.
Key responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, cloud engineers, and product managers, to understand project goals and requirements. Assess the existing user interface and user experience of .NET applications and design UI/UX improvements to enhance user interactions and overall usability. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize the redesigned user interfaces for the cloud environment. Develop and maintain a design system and style guide to ensure consistency across the migrated applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to make data-driven design decisions. Optimize user interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and compatibility with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the seamless integration of UI/UX designs into the applications. Provide documentation and guidelines for the implementation of UI/UX designs during application migration. Stay updated on GCP best practices and UI/UX trends to make informed design recommendations and decisions.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects for application migration or cloud platforms. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-native design principles is a plus. Knowledge of interactions design information architecture and user flows. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Pay Range*: MXN PESO -741,000 - MXN PESO - 871,000
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
