Agencia mexicana de marketing se encuentra en búsqueda de un Head Influencer Marketing


Escolaridad: Marketing, Relaciones Públicas o a fin.


Indispensable contar con 3 años como mínimo de experiencia en el puesto para asegurar la

planificación, implementación y seguimiento a los contenidos.


Las principales responsabilidades son:


  • Desarrollo de estrategias de influencer marketing solicitadas por las marcas.
  • Desarrollo de propuestas especificas en base a briefs otorgados por el equipo de cunetas, usando herramientas de medición disponibles para proporcionar una lista de influencers que resuelvan las necesidades del cliente.
  • Ejecución de acciones de influencer marketing.
  • Apoyar al equipo de ejecutivas y coordinadores en la invitación a medios específicos con la interacción de obtener publicaciones a favor del proyecto.
  • Apoyo presencial en acciones que involucren al área.
  • Seguimiento de las necesidades del influencer, antes, durante y después de su participación.
  • Monitores de acciones por influencers/manejo de perfiles.
  • Contacto directo con los diferentes influencers para la negociación de fees, acciones para campañas y mantenimiento general de buenas relaciones con los influencers.
  • Atención al cliente.
  • Respuesta en tiempo y formal al cliente.
  • Asesoría en estrategias de influencer marketing.
  • Fortalecer las estrategias de comunicación.
  • Realizar las propuestas de influencer para los diferentes proyectos de los clientes cumpliendo con los estándares planteados por el cliente.
  • Cumplir con los KPI´S de los proyectos.
  • Dar seguimiento a los influencers para asegurar el cumplimiento de los compromisos (en casos pagados) o para promover el apoyo (en casos no pagados).
  • Garantizar la utilidad de los proyectos que conlleven cotizaciones asociadas.
  • Elaborar y dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de ODC y pago a influencers en cada proyecto.


Requisitos:
  • Formación académica: Lic, en marketing o carrera afín
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años
  • Manejo de Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest. Google ads y herramientas de análisis
  • Habilidades y competencias: iniciativa, análisis, comprometido, con responsabilidad, comunicación efectiva, trabajo bajo presión, trabajo en equipo.
  • Inglés Indispensable
