Estamos en búsqueda de un talento que pueda supervisar y ejecutar campañas de influencer marketing para aumentar la visibilidad de la marca y la participación en las plataformas de redes sociales. El puesto implica desarrollar, ejecutar y evaluar campañas que aprovechen las asociaciones con influencers. El objetivo de estas campañas es aumentar el conocimiento de la marca, la participación y las conversiones.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar estrategias de influencer marketing
  • Identificar y relacionarse con personas influyentes que coincidan con nuestro público objetivo y los valores de nuestra marca.
  • Gestionar las asociaciones con influencers, incluyendo negociaciones de contratos, planificación de contenidos y suministro de información.
  • Proporcionar información periódica sobre el rendimiento de las campañas, incluidas métricas como la participación, el alcance y el rendimiento de la inversión.
  • Trabajar con equipos multifuncionales, como medios sociales, creativos y relaciones públicas, para establecer campañas cohesivas y exitosas.
  • Mantenerse informado sobre las tendencias del sector y las mejores prácticas de influencer marketing.
  • Supervisar los recursos financieros y garantizar una ejecución eficaz de las campañas dentro de los límites presupuestarios establecidos.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en influencer marketing.
  • Conocimiento de Plataformas
  • Carreras Afines: Marketing, Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas.
  • Idioma Requerido: Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
  • Experiencia: 1-2 años en gestión de proyectos, conocimientos de marketing y publicidad en línea, y capacidad para pensar de forma estratégica.
  • Programas que Debe Manejar: MS Office, G Suite y redes sociales.
