Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the financial area of 2 companies in México (V. Mexicana / V. Export) for Optical and Corporate division
  • Control and follow up of local and international rules regarding GAAP, Tax & Legal
  • Financial statements analysis and validation
  • Budget and Forecast analysis and validation
  • Responsible of Magnitude closing numbers
  • Treasury management

           -  Responsible of weekly cash request

           -  Responsible of semestral cash request

           -  Hedge accounting

  • Payment revision and coordinator
  • Attention and compliance with an our corporate (8TIC´s) and Statutory auditors
  • Attention and compliance to all assessments from the government authorities
  • Fixed assets supervision
  • Relation with auditors, lawyers and consultants
  • Attending meetings and supporting internal or corporate management with the best decision-making indicator

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) * Mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in finance
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
  • +7 years of experience in finance and as manager
  • +5 years of experience managing people
  • Tax knowledge(Plus)
  • Proactive attitude
  • Teamwork & collaboration skills
  • Analytical, problem solving and decision making
  • Leadership skills
