**Summary**

Analysis of day-to-day financial activities; advice and guidance to senior management on future financial plans. T

The objective of this position is to assist leadership in making sound business decisions while meeting company objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide reports and interpret financial information to management while recommending courses of action.

Advise on investment activities and provide strategies for the company to take.

Maintain the financial health of the organization.

Analysis costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and actual company performance compared to business plans.

Develop trends and projections for the company's finances.

Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities.

Oversee the operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives and design a framework for meeting them.

Manage the preparation of the company's budget.

Liaise with auditors to ensure that proper monitoring of the company's finances is maintained.

Correspond with various other departments, discuss the company's plans and agree future paths forward.

**Requirements**:
Latin American financial experience

Bilingüal

Excellent communication skills

Effective team management

Proven experience +10 years as financial manager

Experience in the financial sector with possible previous roles as a financial analyst

Extensive knowledge of financial trends both within the company and in general market patterns

Proficient user of financial softwareStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure proper financial processes are used.

A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

Working knowledge of all legislation and legal regulations.

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
