Sus responsabilidades
Gestión de Cargas y Embarques: Verificar diariamente la carga de materiales y productos terminados, asegurando su conformidad con los procedimientos establecidos. Coordinar las rutas de entrega y realizar el seguimiento con choferes y clientes para garantizar entregas puntuales
Calidad y Empaque : Empacar productos y despachar bobinas, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad y correcta documentación y etiquetado
Coordinación de Órdenes y Documentación de Clientes: Coordinar las órdenes de clientes, elaborar y gestionar la documentación relacionada, y distribuir las cargas adecuadamente
Inventario y Gestión de Retornos : Participar en la elaboración de inventarios y gestionar los materiales de retorno, actualizando el sistema con la información correspondiente
Cumplimiento de Normas de Seguridad y Salud : Asegurar el cumplimiento diario de las políticas de seguridad y salud ocupacional, incluyendo el uso adecuado del equipo de protección personal y el respeto por las normativas internas
Mantenimiento del Orden : Apoyar el mantenimiento del orden y limpieza de su área de trabajo según el programa 5S y participar en actividades relacionadas con el cumplimiento de normas y procedimientos de la empresa
Sus capacidades
Una persona con las siguientes competencias técnicas y comportamentales:
Graduado de preparatoria
Areas de conocimiento: Industria, despachos, Embarques, Almacén e Inventarios
Deaseable1 años de experiencia en:
Almacén de embarques, coordinación de personal y resolución de problemas
Manejo de Montacargas/ Conocimiento dentro de un almacén
