Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ( Alaska Time)

Job Description:

We need a meticulous and proactive Project Controls Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial for ensuring our projects not only meet but exceed our rigorous standards for quality and efficiency. Responsibilities:

  • Project Documentation: Develop and maintain meticulous documentation for all phases of project execution, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Progress Monitoring: Continuously track project progress concerning manpower, equipment, and materials to guarantee projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage and schedule necessary logistics to firmly support project timelines, ensuring all resources are optimally aligned.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to facilitate effective project execution, acting as the communication hub between various teams.
  • Data Management: Extensively utilize Google Sheets to integrate and manage essential project management tools and company processes, including CRM, estimates, scheduling, job costing, billing, and material procurement.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in refining company processes and procedures to ensure they are in full alignment with project goals and Foster Constructions high standards.
  • Communication Excellence: Maintain continuous, effective communication with project teams through various platforms such as email, WhatsApp, and Google Meet to keep everyone informed and engaged.Requirements:Proven Expertise: Experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong capability to analyze and interpret project data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, comfortable using various communication tools to engage with team members and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
