Location: México, Costa Rica y El Salvador
Ensuresthe implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in sellingassigned products to customers, who sell Siemens products to their own customerbase, in order to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.
Your role:
·Regularreview and approval of pricelists (incl Business Partners). ·Ensuresthe implementation of Sales guidelines and sets the sales targets for the assignedsales organization. ·Developsand proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts, aligned with the salesstrategy of the unit(s). ·Managescompletion of budgets and regular sales reporting. ·Definesand allocates resources. ·Cooperateswith Marketing, Product Management and Project Management in matters ofstrategic and tactical product and service positioning. ·Initiatesand contributes to planning of customer related product development measures orthe setup of customer related projects. ·Maysupport strategic key customers' business development. ·Managesassigned organizational unit(s) and leads and/or coordinates dedicatedmanagement and staff.Areas of responsibility & Strategicpriorities
Identifies, analyzes and/orgenerates customer needs and discusses business and technical specifications,as - or in cooperation with - Key Account Manager responsible or together withtechnical project manager. Positions focusing on exploiting local to regionalcustomers opportunities, markets or regions, for assigned product, solution orservice portfolio in the various sales channels of Siemens.

·> 10 years of experience in leadership roles. ·Experiencewith working in an international matrix organization. ·Advancedmanagement understanding in order to lead and align employees in differentworkflows. ·Verygood (intercultural) communication and network skills. ·Excellentin managing and motivating employees. ·Resultand quality orientation. ·Pro-activeattitude (initiative). ·Analyticalskills.Education & Training
·Bachelors/Master’sdegree in a related area with focus on: Business Management, BusinessAdministration, Finance ·Deepprofessional know-How of In Vitro operational processes, pricing structure,business models, contract structures and contract controlling activities. ·Demonstratesability to work in a multicultural and international environment. ·Experiencewith driving organizational changes ·KnowHow of In Vitro operational processes, contract structures and contractcontrolling activities. ·Abilityto analyze and solve complex problems.
