Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst

An important aviation company is looking for its next Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst. This company has a presence in more than 60 countries.
As a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for the operation of AX/D365 with respect to the fulfillment of SLAs and that the operational environment meets group standards for security, performance, and regulatory compliance.
Main Duties:
- Provides in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and evaluate business needs against standard capability.
- Demonstrate experience of implementation methodology, understand the key activities and deliverables for internal projects.
- Works closely with the IT Applications Manager to ensure all projects and initiatives are aligned with business objectives and compliance.
- Carry out requirement analysis that will drive the solution design process.
- Create and maintain quality functional requirement documents that expresses the actions a solution must take and the expected outcome.
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 application to achieve the business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive test cases based on functional specifications and conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to identify defects, bugs, and inconsistencies.
- Co-ordinate acceptance testing to ensure business requirements have been met.
- Analyse, diagnose and resolve issues in Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications reported by internal and external customers.
- Manage issues raised via ticketing system and keep customers informed on status.
- Adhere to strict SLAs, based on the priorities of the support tickets.
- Stakeholder management and communication. Ensure business users are kept up to date on releases and project status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Functional Analyst with a focus on implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience in the business processes in the areas of Supply Chain and Finance
- Airline or catering experience is a plus.
- Expertise in requirement engineering.
- Outstanding practical knowledge of Microsoft-Office programs.
- Experience in Enterprise Resource Management Systems
- Experience with development & testing methodologies
- Experience with SLA’s and performance statistics
