Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas:5 a 8 años de experiencia en posiciones Gerencial de mantenimiento o Facilities en planta industrial.Ingles Intermedio (Para correos, documentos, y ocasionalmente alguna llamada)Ingenieria mecánico, eléctrico y/o administradorConocimiento de los requisitos locales de seguridad y salud ocupacionalConocimiento de instalaciones criticasConocimiento de la gestión de proveedores para servicios especializadosComprender los aspectos técnicos básicos de la propiedadCapacidad demostrada para entender e interpretar contratos comercialesFuertes habilidades de gestión presupuestaria y análisis financieroLocation:
