Responsable de la gestión eficaz del proceso de asignación de existencias, incluida la revisión proactiva de simulaciones de oferta y demanda y la ejecución de análisis de comportamiento del cliente. Colabora en todas las funciones del mercado para alinear las acciones para mitigar el riesgo y el impacto, al tiempo que mejora la capacidad de la empresa para proporcionar una comunicación proactiva a los clientes que necesitan situaciones de falta de stock.

  Un día en la vida de...
  1.  Analiza los datos para realizar el comportamiento del cliente, el análisis de tendencias y riesgos, teniendo en cuenta las aportaciones de la planificación de la demanda y la oferta, las ventas, la estrategia del cliente y el servicio, así como para determinar los riesgos de falta de existencias. Ayuda a identificar acciones (es decir, mantenimiento de la cuota problemas de transporte en caso de que se detecte una gran demanda, destacando si el cliente no envió el pedido a pesar del pronóstico)
  2. Identifique las posibles acciones de mitigación requeridas para mitigar los riesgos fuera de stock. Escalar y comprometer otras funciones, cuando sea necesario, para colaborar en la determinación de acciones de mitigación.
  3. Ejecuta cambios en los parámetros del sistema, incluida la configuración de la acción de mitigación, la modificación del pedido y la aplicación del código de causa raíz.
  Lo que te hará exitoso

De 2 a 3 años de experiencia en

  • Cadena de suministro (logística, disponibilidad, desde que ingresa la orden hasta que se liquida)
  • Resurtido (días de inventario, mediciones, forecast)
  • Planeación de la demanda.
  • Nivel de inglés: Intermedio (Obligatorio)

Conocimientos en:

  • Excel (Avanzado)
  • SAP (OTR, BOP, DMC, CO09, Mas Order)
  • Power BI (analisis de bases de datos)
