We are currently seeking a IT Triage Analyst III to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Required skills and qualifications

4 years of experienceExperience with Splunk, certification is desiredProficiency in Oracle and Quantum MetricsAbility to review and analyze requirements to understand how the issue reported should workAbility to work in a team environmentQuantum Metric certification within business or admin paths is highly desiredBachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experienceInsurance Analysis or related business experience
