Product Owner User
Objetivo
Describe las funcionalidades, desarrollos y mejoras requeridas por los usuarios para las interacciones con el APP a través de la documentación correcta cómo iniciativas, funcionalidades e historias de usuario utilizando los análisis realizados por Service Design y Product Marketing como “insights”. Para el diseño de cada iniciativa, funcionalidad, historia de usuario o mejora se apoyará en el Service Designer para garantizar la mejor experiencia de Usuario.
Responsabilidades - Lo que vas a hacer
Coordinar la mejora estratégica del APP “Empresarial”, poniendo al frente el “User Experience” con el objetivo de aumentar las funcionalidades del usuario y con el apoyo del diseño del Service Designer. Facilitar la adaptación regional de la plataforma asegurando el cumplimiento con estándares locales fomentando el intercambio regional de mejores prácticas y funcionalidades. Liderar el “Product Backlog” en conjunto con el resto de Product Owners con foco en el Usuario, asegurando la innovación y el correcto desarrollo pensando en las necesidades del usuario tanto local como regional. Proveer soporte a las OpCos y sus clientes regionales asegurando la alineación y satisfacción del usuario a nivel regional. Liderar la implementación regional de funcionalidades centradas en el usuario utilizando avances tecnológicos que otorguen una experiencia de usuario sin fricción. Identifica oportunidades de mejora y de valor al hacer análisis de las mejores aplicaciones regionales de competidores directos e indirectos y con base en dichas oportunidades propone nuevas funcionalidades para la plataforma. Garantizar que los requerimientos de negocio sean entendidos de manera correcta en la tribu Usuario a la que pertenece y soporta con su rol de producto. Garantizar que los desarrollos tengan visión MVP siempre y delimitarlos de manera que pueda ser eficiente el uso de CAPEX. Responsable por una plataforma regional.Requisitos - Lo que necesitamos
Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en empresas de tecnología, especialmente en áreas de producto con foco en funciones como diseño y definición. Deseable en empresas de Banca o Fintech. Indispensable Español e Inglés nativo o avanzado, Deseable Portugués intermedio Licenciatura en áreas de negocio o afín (concluida)Ofrecemos:
Sueldo bruto + prestaciones superiores de ley y beneficios.
Zona de trabajo: CDMX Polanco de lunes a viernes.
