The Opportunity

To reconcile and to do follow up of Intercompanies transaction from the AP perspective for the PMF and LAB companies codes.

Your Impact 

As AP Trade IC Accountant your responsibilities would consist of:

AP Trade IC Accountant - Process Responsibility

Support all IC related processes and ensure compliance with our guidelines & policies. Monitor & coordinate the correct and timely invoice processing of IC accounts. Ensure timely payment of IC supplier invoices. Process intercompany incoming/outgoing recharge requests Investigate and resolve any errors with operating companies where required Lead Intercompany netting with involved teams, apply incoming payments and initiate relevant GL entries Reconcile GL balances on intercompany accounts to the source systems Support in account analyses and related interface accounts, solving errors and incorrect postings. Point of contact for AP Trade IC. Responsible for in depth analyses and reporting of the respective balances of AP Trade IC transactions. actively involved in projects (and ensure the processes support business needs) Support on all AP traded IC related questions during internal or external audits Strong collaboration across all business functions/areas such as R2R, OTC, BU, Financial Report, etc Handle the communication on intercompany queries on a professional level Reconcile suspense accounts

AP Trade IC Accountant - Key User activities

Create IC statements and reconcile balances with Intercompany partners Calculate and prepare Intercompany accruals Communicate identified differences with Intercompany partners Prepare IC reports, inform local affiliates, prepare accruals Update and submit Inter-Company reports to corporate (IC25) Prepare AP Net Reconciliation Prepare BS Reconciliation observing all necesities

AP Trade IC Accountant - Customer Service

Deliver service excellence and promote customer satisfaction Develop effective working relationships with key partners (external / internal customers, co-workers) Maintain professional attitude during service delivery and resolution of issues Ensure that service levels and targets are met as per Service Level Agreements (SLA) Ensure that issues are well documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved within the SL Ensure proper and timely escalation of issues so that they are resolved to meet internal and external expectations Use a considerable amount of discretion in bringing up issues to appropriate parties - co-workers, team leads and process managers Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For? 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or finance-related course English Advanced Experience in a shared services center of a multinational corporation an advantage Flexibility to adapt to needs of diverse cultures and business disciplines Good analytical competencies Excellent data entry and processing skills - eye for detail and accuracy Experience with SAP or other ERPs an advantage Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) required
