Descripción de la oferta

We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to join our team in Cancún, México. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and presenting financial data that will help make well-informed decisions about potential new business and the market, in general. A Revenue Analyst will support the Revenue team in completing a variety of reports to help the organization track financial health and progress. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities:

Maximize all revenue opportunities. Assist in reviewing forthcoming business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive measures to fill capacity and meet set targets. Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team. Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel trading. Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays ahead in the local market. Manage an events schedule to maximize yield interactions. Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach. Build strong relationships with contractors to fully understand their needs.

Requisitos

Bachelor’s degree (Economy, Math, finance Business Administration, Hospitality Management preferred). 2+ years’ experience on trading, revenue management, hospitality preferred. Master or MBA preferred. Proficient English skills, both written and verbal. Good organizational and administration skills. Positive attitude and good communication skills. Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. High level of IT skills. Excellent grooming standards.
