Tu Rol dentro del equipo 

Adquisición de nuevos clientes que representan facturación y nuevos ingresos recurrentes, esta posición requiere un dominio intermedio de la técnica de ventas, la capacidad de escuchar las necesidades del cliente, presentar con integridad la propuesta de valor de WORKY, identificar + resolver objeciones, negociar y cerrar nuevas ventas.


Tu día a día como Senior Sales

  • Compartir y posicionar la propuesta de valor de Worky para generar nuevas ventas.
  • Utiliza el CRM como un herramienta para la gestión de ventas y presentar un pronóstico de ventas.
  • Ejecutar la técnica de ventas en las reuniones de cara al prospecto o cliente. 
  • Realizar demostraciones de producto, atender las dudas del prospecto, cotizar, identificar objeciones, negociar, generar acuerdos [siguientes pasos, pre-cierre y cierre], solicitar factura, llenar información básica en contratos + documentos comerciales y cerrar ventas. 
  • Participar en el entrenamiento y capacitación de nuevos ingresos a la compañía. 
  • Compartir de forma asertiva el contenido de marketing para generar valor agregado en la conversación con el prospecto, ejecutar la parrilla comercial y participar de los eventos de marca.
  • Identificar a la competencia directa de Worky, construir comparativos de mercado y preparar documentos técnicos. 


¿Qué debes saber?

  • 3 años en una posición de ventas 
  • 1 año conocimiento de nómina (must)
  • 3 años comercializando un producto de especialidad [preferentemente en Tecnología] 
  • 3 años utilizando un CRM [SalesForce, Hubspot, Zoho o equivalente]
