Financial-Accounting Analyst

The Financial-AccountingAnalyst provides timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the company’sfinancials accuracy and providing support to Accounts Payable, AccountsReceivable and General Ledger duties

Responsibilities

•Assist with the business process and working with Finance to produce, review and analyze information.
•Responsible for day- to-day general ledger review and necessary reconciliation, financial reporting and performance analysis for assigned functional areas.
•Investigate and report to the Controller any inconsistencies or improprieties.
•Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of general accounting principles and internal controls and apply them.
•Provide information for internal and external audits.
•Daily Bank Reconciliations
•Reporting and analysis of AR /AP accounts.
•Billing verification and approving invoicing from external storage vendor and maintain record file (HTT)
•Ad-hoc data analysis for accounting projects such as Balance sheet analysis per request
•Approving and posting Journal Entries in VAI

About you

•A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 2-3 years of financial/general accounting analysis experience required. 
•English business level
•Advanced MS Excel skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
•Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion is required
•Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques required. 
•Professional with strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. 
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
•Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
•USA VISA and Passport.
