Fims Manager-Centec II

Production Manager.

Responsible for the planning, coordination and monitoring of everything related to the manufacturing of new products. Assists in the development of efficient systems and methods that support high productivity and efficiency.

Your Role

Ensure compliance with the production plan, prepare the production plan. Monitor and implement actions to improve efficiency and productivity. Supervise and coordinate operations staff. Collect information on manufacturing processes. Develop and implement continuous improvement proposals. Analyze and control downtime. Diagnose and locate machine faults. Develop manufacturing personnel in different work operations. Review absenteeism of operational staff. Manage scrap and rework containers. Participate in the development and implementation of new projects.

Your Background

University degree in relevant field Fluent English Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry as same position Knowledge in 5s Kan Ban Core Tools Continuous Improvement Six Sigma Lean manufacturing
