Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Revisar las necesidades del negocio y es el enlace entre el usuario y las soluciones tecnológicas Revisar las necesidades de negocio y traducirlas en soluciones técnicas. Revisión de las soluciones tecnológicas con el usuario y con los equipos de desarrollo Seguimiento a los planes de trabajo de tecnología Seguimiento a los riesgos e issues que puedes surgir de tecnología en los proyectos Apoyar al usuario en las pruebas de UAT Apoyar al usuario en la implementación a producción de las soluciones de tecnología Apoyo en el seguimiento de los proyectos, en ambos aspectos, ejecución y presupuesto, identificar oportunidades presupuestarias, pronóstico mensual y anual con el fin de cumplir con los requerimientos del negocio. Seguimiento de apoyo en la ejecución de pruebas para las actividades del plan pero también en las incidencias. Ayudar en la generación de informes de progreso, gastos y colocación de órdenes de servicio.
