CPFR Analyst Specialized Channels
(Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment)

Como [CPFR Analyst] desempeñarás un rol clave para [la gestión del plan colaborativo de planeación, forecast y resurtido con clientes de Canales Especializados.] en la división de [Consumo Masivo]. En este rol podrás [Asegurar el correcto cálculo de forecast internos para retroalimentar a los negocios, demanda y supply para garantizar un buen nivel de servicio. Responsable de alinear los planes comerciales con el área de resurtido del cliente para asegurar el abasto de producto en tiendas para potencializar las ventas. Responsable de la gestión de los siguientes KPI´s: Fill Rate, InStock (Abasto en tiendas), Forecast Accuracy y DOH].

El impacto que tendrás en este rol

[Liderarás el proceso de forecast interno por medio de análisis de sell in, sell out, inventarios, etc] [Conducirás las relaciones con áreas de resurtido de clientes] [Implementarás mejoras en los procesos de planeación para potencializar el abasto en puntos de venta.] [Colaborarás estrechamente con el área comercial, shopper marketing, channel marketing, demand planning y supply chain]

Para preparar tu camino hacia el éxito en esta posición desde el primer día, 3M está en búsqueda de candidatos que cuenten con:

[Lic. en Administración, Lic en Mercadotecnica, o afines] [Coordinación de pedidos, analista distribución, CPFR, Analista de ventas] [Cálculo de la demanda de productos para clientes de autoservicio o especializados. [Conocimiento y manejo de indicadores tales como: Fill Rate, Forecast, In Stock, Stock Out, Dispersión, Calculo de días de inventario] [Dominio avanzado de Excel.]

Experiencia y habilidades adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener aún más éxito en este rol:

[Deseable experiencia como CPFR con clientes de retail nacionales; Manejo y entendimiento de portales de clientes nacionales; Deseable manejo de inglés.
