SUPERVISOR DE MANTENIMIENTO
Supervisar las tareas de mantenimiento, cumplimiento de órdenes de trabajo y administración de personal a su cargo.
Esta posición esta ubicada en San Luis Potosí, .
Roles & Responsibilidades
• Analizar los riesgos en el trabajo, cumplir y asegurar que se sigan las reglas de seguridad e higiene y reglamento interior de trabajo, para mantener la integridad física propia y del personal a su cargo.
• Supervisar el mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo, de los equipos de producción laboratorio y servicios con el fin de tenerlos en óptimas condiciones y disminuir los tiempos de paro.
• Administrar y supervisar al personal a su cargo con el fin de lograr los objetivos del departamento.
• Solicitar al almacén de refacciones la existencia de partes críticas para garantizar su disponibilidad.
• Proporcionar información clara y suficiente al personal de compras indirectas para la compra de piezas, servicios, refacciones no contempladas en stock, así como revisar y validar el servicio con el fin de que cumpla con las especificaciones requeridas.
• Validar las compras solicitadas por los líderes con el fin de que cumpla con las especificaciones y necesidades requeridas.
• Supervisar al personal contratistas que realice las actividades de acuerdo al alcance contratado dentro de los lineamientos de seguridad, calidad y tiempo.
• Realizar análisis de falla en conjunto con los técnicos para determinar la causa raíz y realizar las acciones necesarias que eviten la recurrencia.
• Participar en las reuniones cuando sea requerido de revisión de quejas de clientes y realizar las actividades comprometidas en el tiempo establecido.
• Mantener y promover los estándares de orden y limpieza en las áreas donde se realicen trabajos de mantenimiento para minimizar riesgos y accidentes.
• Reasignar órdenes de trabajo considerando disponibilidad de equipos y refacciones, alcance o tipo de trabajo y tiempo estimado de ejecución para dar el correcto seguimiento hasta la finalización de las mismas.
• Detectar necesidades de desarrollo en el equipo de trabajo de acuerdo a la descripción de puesto y necesidades del mercado.
• Guiar y acompañar a su equipo (de manera individual), en el desarrollo de las competencias y/o habilidades requeridas en el puesto.
• Anteponer la seguridad personal en cualquier actividad requerida en el puesto.
• Otras funciones y responsabilidades que le sean asignadas.
Educación y principales requerimientos
Educación:
Nivel Técnico-Ingeniería deseable en Electricidad, Mecanica, Industrial, control y automatización, Instrumentación o afín
Conocimientos:
Deseable: Mecánica, Electricidad, Control e instrumentación, Electrónica, PLC, Manejo de PC, Conocimiento básico de Seguridad industrial, técnicas de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo, Mejora Continua, Lean Manufacturing conceptos básicos.
Liderazgo, Trabajo en equipo, Comunicación efectiva, Enfoque a resultados.
