This Brand Building and Brand Commercialization strategy of B2B with focus on four main Pillars: Sales Force (tracking the opportunities of the End- User), Sell- Out ( Performance per Distributor open by SKU and End- User, Inventory Analysis, Portfolio Analysis, Monthly Tracking Meetings with the Commercial Sales Team, Monthly Meetings with the ten top customers of LATAM (Face to Face)), Training (Online and Offline), and Pricing (Price List and Price Tracking) ensuring the achievement of those strategic objectives established together with the Sr. Manager of Brand Building and Brand Commercialization of LATAM and with the Sr. Manager of Sales of LATAM.

The Jr. Manager of Business Intelligence will need to develop a relationship with key customers and participate in the JBP, better comprehend the local business analysis.

Specific Responsibilities:

Sales Force:

Consolidate, monitor, and manage sales opportunities on the Salesforce platform. This role involves tracking strategic plans, projects, and opportunities of the "Feet on the Street" team and detailed monitoring of critical KPIs. The primary objective is to optimize the sales process and ensure success through rigorous tracking and the implementation of effective strategies.

Lead the meetings across the regions.

Sell- Out:

Responsible for collecting and analyzing sell-out data from distributors, identify trends, and sales opportunities. Generate sales reports and analyses to provide key information to leaders. Develop and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the sales team. Continuously collaborate and communicate with the sales team to review information.

Lead the meetings with Mexico and Colombia.

Training:

Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the training program for LATAM. This role includes managing resources, assessing training needs, and ensuring that the established learning objectives are met. The leader must work closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Pricing:

Responsible for developing and executing effective pricing strategies to maximize the company's profitability and competitiveness. This role includes detailed cost analysis, competitive price evaluation, and the implementation of pricing strategies that align with organizational goals.

Organisation Role

Provide to the leadership Team and all key stakeholders the main status of the Business Intelligence projects (Lead Generation Plan, Sales Force, Pricing).

Assists with general marketing discipline functions, including overall ‘day-to-day’ operations of the brand and product lines.

Uses appropriate decision-making and approval processes in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to coordinate price analysis, promotions, and inventory management.

Has the ability to work alone, remotely and as part of a team. Work closely with Global Teams (ANZ/APAC & North America) where required.

Understands the full Marketing function across Marketing Teams.

Open to additional projects and tasks to support the business requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing or Business oriented

4+ years of Experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations or Finance

Strong analytical focus and KPIs management

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across lines of business

Ability to learn, understand and converse around key business issues.

Strong decision-making skills and an understanding of where projects fit into overall Company and development strategies.

Demonstrated integrity and maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges.

Ability to operate independently given direction, and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised

Fluent in English.
