Dew Software is currently seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our TBS Support Ops team. As a leading player in the Digital Transformation space, we take pride in our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will play a key part in providing support and operational assistance to our TBS (Technology Business Support) team, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications. Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to the TBS team, troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions
  • Monitor and ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems and applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions and enhancements
  • Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to TBS

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar support or operations role
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Strong knowledge of systems and applications in a technology environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • Experience with ITIL or other relevant certifications is a plus
