PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

Servicio de Recursos Humanos al departamento de Finanzas TM&D Reclutamiento de las áreas de soporte Coordinación de ingresos y bajas de empleados Revisión y aprobación de solicitud de préstamos Apoyo en expedientes de empleados, manejo de uniformes para el equipo operativo y comunicados al área Participación en proyectos del área Apoyo en eventos de departamentos Finanzas y Legal

Estudiante de carreras de Recursos Humanos, Desarrollo Organizacional, Psicología Organizacional, Administración de empresas, Ing. Industrial, Trabajo Social No planear salir de intercambio en 1 año Conocimiento de Word, Excel y Power Point Proactivo, atento, buena comunicación y capaz del trabajo en equipo Actitud positiva, buena comunicación y habilidades de problem-solving Proactivo, atento y trabajo en equipo Interés de aprendizaje constante
