DESCRIPCIÓN DE PUESTO

● Realizar la función de soporte al área de ventas, apoyando con los servicios administrativos, gestión de documentación y plataformas internas, que sean requeridos por el área comercial de canal distribuidores y semi industriales, con el objetivo de dar atención a clientes internos en Barry Callebaut.

● La posición juega un rol clave para mejorar la experiencia de compra de nuestros clientes al ser parte del proceso de preventa y estar relacionada a gestión de documentos, muestras, y procesos administrativos que promueven el desarrollo comercial del área Gourmet.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

● Envío de documentación a clientes: ficha técnica, certificaciones, certificados kosher, documentación de calidad. Proveer de documentos técnicos tanto a clientes como al equipo comercial a través de los cases externos solicitados en SFDC y siguiendo el flujo designado para ello.

● Gestión administrativa de clientes en Salesforce. Edición de clientes actuales, Sold To´s, Ship To´s.

● Administración de tasks asignadas del equipo comercial a Sales Support a través del medio oficial (SFDC).

● Apoyo con reporteo específicos de ventas, como parte del seguimiento mensual de alcance de objetivos.

● Creación de guía UPS, solicitud de recolección de paquetes.

● Solicitud y envío de muestras nacionales e internas. Coordinación con el equipo comercial, confirmación de destinatarios. Solicitud y administración de las muestras nacionales e internacionales para el área comercial, nuevos desarrollos, R&D, MKT, siguiendo el flujo designado para ello.

● Apoyo con el proceso de asignación de leads de ventas recibidos a través de correo electrónico, y según perfil de la oportunidad, canalizarlo al vendedor o canal correspondiente.

● Crear y dar mantenimiento a los requerimientos específicos solicitados por clientes mediante SFDC con la finalidad de registrar las necesidades en entregas de acuerdo con los requerimientos de cada cliente.

PERFIL

Carrera profesional en Administración de empresas o relacionado. Experiencia en servicio al cliente a nivel corporativo. Manejo de Office, SalesForce y SAP (deseable). Correcta administración del tiempo y habilidades de organización. Inglés intermedio. Nivel suficiente para entender y responder correos de interacción con personal interno de Norteamérica/Europa. Análisis de datos para apoyo a la toma de decisiones.
