Job Description

  • This position helps the QEHS organization to deliver on its mission: “To ensure Safe and Premium Quality products, and to drive World Class Safety and Culture in our workplace.”

What your day will look like:
  • Accountable of ensuring the manufacture of Safe and Premium Quality products in own area.
  • Continuously support daily operations in order to improve or sustain our Safety and Quality performance year-over-year.
  • Proactively minimize risks of failures in operations by implementing effective Quality assurance standards.
  • To lead the QEHS Processing and Calibrations team. Contribute in the development of our local strategy to ensure a high-level of Motivation & Happiness.
  • Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to continuously mitigate the risk of problem recurrence. Leverage the use of problem-solving and continuous improvement tools.
  • Support the health and safety agenda on daily operational activities.

Are you up for the challenge?

  • +5 years of experience on Continuous Improvement, Operations, Lean Manufacturing and/or Quality areas.
  • Experience leading a complementary team of at least 7-8 direct reports.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural distributed team.
  • Capable of leading, developing, and keeping a high-level of team motivation and engagement.
  • Knowledge on ISO 9001, Quality Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Problem-Solving.
