Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests, maintaining a professional and welcoming office atmosphere Oversee office supplies inventory, restocking as necessary Handle office parcel services and access badge requests for employees Ensure adherence to office safety procedures and monitor visitor records Organize parking arrangements, executive transportation services, and front-desk activities Manage office facilities, coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs Keep updated records of office expenses, and assist with procurement activities Collaborate internally to execute events, and develop efficient office processes

Requirements

Strong sense of accountability and ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor Remarkable organizational and time-management skills A degree in Administration or a related field Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook English fluency (B1+) Ability to handle stress, be proactive, communicative, self-starter, and detail-oriented

Nice to have

Experience in an administrative role Experience with expense report management
