Play your part in our team success

The LEGO Continuous Improvement Department (LCI) focuses on creating the necessary competencies for continuous improvement at all levels of the organization to achieve the strategic objectives defined each year; which is achieved through training and ensuring the correct use of the available improvement tools.

Core Responsabilities
  • Create and design graphics, infographics, and other visual materials that support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop awareness campaigns to encourage employee engagement in the use of continuous improvement tools.

  • Document and update internal processes.

  • Create attractive and professional presentations

  • Support on promoting Continuous Improvement programs.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Education: student from 7th semester and above preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, Industrial Design, or a related field. (Availability to remain in the role for 12 months).

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Illustrator, Canva).

  • Knowledge of Office tools specially Excel, Power Point and a plus if any Microsoft Platform like Power BI, Power app, Forms, etc.

  • Creative skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

  • Out of the box thinking

  • Good verbal and written communication both in Spanish and English

  • Proactive, responsible

  • Able to work independently but also energized/thrives in a team environment.

  • High level of cooperation and teamwork
