El Banquero de Relación Banca Empresarial es el responsable de conocer a todos los clientes de su portafolio promoviendo un modelo de relación a través de una oferta valor para empresas domesticas e internacionales con un servicio personalizado y diferenciado que le permitirá entender y satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes de una manera integral a lo largo del tiempo.
Así mismo, es responsable de alcanzar los presupuestos establecidos para su portafolio con los clientes actuales y atracción de nuevos, deberá administrar su cartera así como gestionarla, acrecentar y rentabilizarla con la finalidad de posicionar a HSBC Banca de Empresas como "El Banco Experto en Comercio y Negocios Internacionales" Los clientes a los que dará atención son los que presentan ventas anuales entre 100 a 800 Millones de pesos. Estas empresas son grandes y pueden ser nacionales o internacionales (mix) con necesidades más sofisticadas de Servicios Financieros.
Promoción de los productos de HSBC Banca de Empresas coordinando el trabajo de Especialistas de GTRF, GPS, Nomina, Markets, Asesores que componen su equipo de trabajo:
Crédito: Capital de Trabajo, Maquinaria, Equipo e Instalaciones, Agropecuario, entre otros
GPS: Desarrollo de soluciones integrales de cash management/ automatizacion con foco en ciberseguridad.
Seguros: Crédito, bienes inmuebles y protección para dueños y empleados.
Global Trade and Receivables Finance: Cartas de Credito, Stand By Letters of Credit, Factoraje, Descuento Electronico
Gestión de su cartera de clientes, desarrollando las relaciones para asegurar que sean integrales y rentables.
Elaboracion de propuestas y estudios de crédito utilizando su experiencia y conocimiento del cliente y el sector al que pertenece para responder de manera oportuna a las solicitudes planteadas por el cliente.
Asegurar que las operaciones, políticas y procedimientos de operación cumplan con los objetivos y requerimientos del Banco, tanto a corto como a largo plazo.
Leer, entender y aplicar los principales manuales del banco: FIM, GSM, Código de conducta, manual de crédito, etc.
RequirementsTitulado. Idealmente de Carreras económico - administrativa o ingeniería.
Conocimientos intermedios en paquetería en Office.
Conocimientos avanzados en Crédito.
Conocimientos avanzados en Productos y Servicios Financieros.
Conocimientos avanzados Productos y Servicios Financieros Internacionales.
Dominio intermedio de inglés.
Experiencia en Ventas de Servicios Financieros y Atención de Clientes Empresariales.
