How we'd describe the day-to-day:
- Daily huddles with your project team and interaction throughout the day within project teams.
- Reoccur huddles within the design community.
- Monthly meetings with the Creative and Experience Network.
- Opportunities to bring your creative ideas to the table through brainstorms and slack.
- The ability to learn on the job and progress your skills.
- Layers of support from design subject matter experts, a designated Personal Support Network and dedicated mentor program to help you with career progression, daily and overall well being.
Qualifications
- Advanced English and Spanish
- Previous background of working in an agency or brand environment, 4+ years.
- Communication skills with creative team, clients and Project Managers.
- Must be an expert in After Effects and proficient across Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator with an understanding of graphic design, layout and typography.
- 3D skills (Cinema 4D, Blender). AR (Spark AR, Snapchat, TikTok).
- Knowledge of the Red Giant Suite.
- Basic audio editing capabilities.
- Motion storytelling for social content (rhythms, trends, best use of formats).
- Take briefs, analyze and implement under the guidance of a Director, to deliver assets of a high-quality standard.
